We accept payment by Cash, Check, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Most of our appraisals fall into the $300 to $425 range. Please call or email for a fee specific to your property.
The following are basic fees and may change given your specific needs and property complexity. Larger, one of a kind, custom properties, or properties with limited comparable data require more time, and fees are quoted on a case by case basis. Once we begin, there will be no hidden or additional charges.
This includes both interior and exterior inspection. This fee range can cover most typically sized homes and the fee will vary based on the living area as well as the availability of suitable data. Your fee will be stated before any work is begun, and this will be the final fee with no addition. Larger, more complex homes may require additional fees in excess of this range. Again, this will be discussed prior to any work being done and once agreed on, will be the final fee.
This includes exterior only inspection of your property. It is more convenient in that no appointment is made. I often ask that you provide interior photos (simply sent thorugh your phone) and any description of condiiton and amenity (remodel, pool, guest houses, etc.). Most conforming properties can be completed for the $375 fee. Larger, complex, or limited data properties require more time and the fee may increase.

Land appraisals in the Southern California area can be quite complex, or relatively straight forward. The specific fee for land appraisal will be based solely on the complexity of location and the availability of comparable data.
These fees are for the actual appraisal of your property. They do not include fees for any potential testimony or court time. Any work done after the completion of the actual appraisal will be subject to additional fees. Appraisals canceled after they have begun will be charged a partial fee.
